Mobile Auditing
The Mobile Auditing module gives a business the power of the desktop-based E-Cristal software on a mobile device. Data can be input directly into the central-server-based device to ensure information from the field is automatically uploaded and available to users around the world almost immediately.
The use of handheld devices not only increases the productivity of those responsible for monitoring the health and safety performance of an organisation, but also helps ensure management has access to the very latest data.

Conducting internal audits on mobile devices requires additional
functionality so data capture speed has been increased, to enable notes to be
entered during the audit and edited at a later date.
Data capture - the handheld device can be used to complete the monitoring forms created within the system so that whilst auditing the environmental management system of the hotel the user could also be recording data on energy consumption, water usage and other relevant items.
Synchronisation - helps ensure that once an audit has been completed the data is not lost. The mobile auditing module enables audit data to be synchronised with the server-based application at any point to ensure that the system is always up-to-date.
