The training and knowledge management module also enables senior management to monitor all training activity to ensure that training is consistently delivered across the entire organisation quickly and easily.

Skill templates - automatically determines the minimum health & safety skill requirements for each member of staff, and allows you to customise skill sets for each individual.
Training needs analysis - E-Cristal allows management to create detailed reports of what training is required and by whom so that training can be planned for each individual.
Records - creates training records for every individual involved in health and safety systems and processes. Reminders can be created to ensure that this is updated in accordance with both company policies and legal requirements.
Reference library - stores all of the reference material necessary for carrying out health and safety tasks, including procedural documents, electronic media such as training videos, as well as direct links to online training programmes.
Online training - delivers both industry standard and bespoke elearning programmes and records par ticipation. Custom training modules can be included in E-Cristal.
Personalisation - E-Cristal uses a filtering system to ensure that each member of staff receives only the information that is relevant to them. This helps ensure that the important messages are not missed because of information overload.
